About this project
My name is Esther Agbaje from the UK. Throughout the year I will be participating in various fundraising events and activities to help raise funds for InnerCity Mission for the Back To School Campaign,which is geared towards raising funds to send indigent children back to school..
First event was a food sale at my workplace on the 5th February 2019..
Second event is a movie night at my local church on 20th April 2019..
WHY?
Basic education appears to be out of reach and far for many indigent children. This is due to the cost of tuition and other school needs which are too heavy a burden for most poor parents to bear. The InnerCity Mission Back to School campaign was launched to raise funds to get deprived, vulnerable and excluded children enrolled into school. Through this initiative, we help them get "Back to School" by paying their school fees and providing them with Back to School Kits...
