About this project
Somewhere right now, a child is trying to fall asleep on an empty stomach. Not because they were disobedient, not because their family didn’t care, but simply because there was no food.
This is a child who faces hunger every day, not because they did anything wrong, but because they were born into circumstances beyond their control.
I think about that child every year as my birthday approaches. While I’m surrounded by love, celebration, and abundance, there are children just like that one; hungry, vulnerable, and waiting for help that may never come.
That’s why every year, I dedicate my birthday to them. This year, I’m raising $100,000 to support child health and nutrition through the Inner City Mission for Children NGO. Every dollar raised will help provide real meals, real nourishment, and real hope to children who need it most.
If you’re reading this, maybe you weren’t planning to give today. But maybe this is the moment where something shifts. Where a quiet nudge in your heart turns into a decision that changes someone’s world.
Whether it’s $10, $100 or $1000, what you give doesn’t just fill a plate, it is a whisper to a child:, “You matter. You’re not forgotten.”
And that, to me, is the most beautiful kind of birthday gift.
Even if you can’t give, simply sharing this or praying for the children makes a real difference.
Thank you for being part of this with me. God bless you.
