About this project
As someone who loves children and has worked with them over the years; even in underserved communities, I've seen children in need of food which is a necessity of life. I've seen mothers not have enough for themselves or their children, hungry. I'm sure we've all seen little children begging on the streets. My mum would often tell my siblings and I while growing up not to waste food because there were children outside with nothing to eat. Safe to say that poverty is as old as man.
But instead of ignoring the needs and cries of children who didn't choose the situation they ended up in, I've chosen to stand up and make a difference in eradicating poverty. It cannot all be left to or assumed that the government or someone somewhere will take care of them. If it was like that, then poverty wouldn't be a social problem today in several nations.
Nevertheless, I've chosen to answer that cry and I would love for you to join me and show your support by sponsoring meals for indigent children. One meal costs $1. Let's change lives together.
